Today's challenge! - Easy, peasy, lemon - squeezy!

Get AT LEAST ONE of these done today:
1) Eat something GREEN
2) Get moving for 30 minutes or more
3) 3 sets of 15 squats (you could do one set at a time)
4) Squeeze a lemon in your glass of water and drink up
......let us know in the evening how you did.

    Didn't see this until now but did a 35min yoga session. It was a stress reliever which i chose as for some reason I've been completely out of control stressed today. Much more chilled now! B)

    Nice! Yoga done - Stress gone. :) I just finished cleaning the kitchen after the cooking mess, that should count! LOL! Just kidding...
    1) Green: I ate broccoli at lunch and zucchini at dinner.
    2) I did 30 minutes of cardio and some exercises on the Total Gym, which I didn't touch in over a year.
    3) Did the squats - Yay! I really don't like those. :p
    4) I drank lemon in water (I used it in a hot cup of water instead of a a cold glass of water) - that's definitely a challenge...ew! Puckered up quite a bit, but supposedly it helps with weight loss and strengthens immunity. I did NOT like the feeling in my throat, too much acid for my taste.
    Now I am ready to chill out too. B)
