Hey there peeps! So this week, a lot of of us fell off the wagon, myself included. Even so, as a group, we lost 8.4 lbs, or about the weight of a human head! Overall, we've lost 154 lbs, or the weight of the average British woman (hopefully we haven't lost any of OUR Brits, tho we know they're way better than just "average"). Go team Halloween!
