Easy Challenge for Wednesday, September 9

Would you like a daily challenge? Give at least ONE of these a try:
1) Try some Yoga poses for flexibility and balance. (Some examples are: Warrior Pose, Sun Salutation, Tree Pose, Downward Facing Dog etc.)
2) Drink 8 oz of water 20 - 30 minutes before a big meal and see if it helps with portion control. (It should help send the "full-signal" from your stomach to your brain faster!)
3) Walk or exercise for at least 30 minutes
4) Treat yourself with some relaxation: A nice bath, a good book, coffee with friends...
