Hey there all. New to "groups". I don't see any posts at all, so I'll just introduce myself?
Im from the Caribbean, currently 23... and I yo-yo in between 145 - 150lbs (although, I'm 5'10 and i look relatively "slim" in general). Problem areas are: upper arms, thighs, butt and of course, abdominals (especially lower!).
Would be cool to hear from others as well. I'm not much of a talker or sharer, hoping to change that... probably talking to myself right now but ok. lol.
Hope everyone reaches their goals and this group will grow into a thriving place to keep each other accountable and provide moral support.

Hey! I searched 20-somethings and this is the only active group around! I'm 25, 5'8" and am in the same 5 lb range. I'm THICK on the lower half and can always tone up. Let's hope more people find our group!0
