1 year today!

A year ago today is when I started my vegan lifestyle. It was originally for dietary purposes, but as I learned more about our cruel world it became for ethical reasons. I feel sound of both mind and body, and I am not going back! It has been such a good year for me and vegan-ism is sticking with me for life.
I will be completely honest though. While almost everything I do falls within the vegan lifestyle, I still have not been able to kick smoking. So call me almost vegan or whatever, or former smokers please give me advice, but I have been trying this whole year to kick it.
Anyway, you guys have a good weekend!

Congratulations on your one year vegan!!!
As for smoking - there are animal testing free brands out there. American Spirits is one of them I think, and you can get non-tested vape liquids. I am not a smoker but I'm not going to be judgemental at all, I know (despite being a non-smoker) how addictive nicotine is (I am from a family where basically everyone are lifelong smokers), and all the good you've done in changing other aspects of your lifestyle will be having an amazing impact.
For kicking the habit obviously I can't give any specific advice because I've not been in that position. From friends and family lots of them have had a lot of success with vaping. Nicotine itself isn't actually hugely dangerous (similarly to caffeine) it's the other components of tobacco that are bad for you, and the combustion of plant material.
