I know it doesn't look impressive but holding steady during this time is impressive for me. This might not be a 20 pound loss type of challenge, but it is a testament to coping with life type of challenge. I'm still here, still under 200 and have my sneakers on for a morning walk. We will see where I am by Thanksgiving, but it all starts with where I am each and every day.0 -

I will finally weigh in I guess. I ended up gaining 16 pounds over the summer. I have dropped 10 of them finally. So I am now 241. It was largely due to the same exercise routine every day all summer. Because if the kids' schedules I was unable to change up my routine at all. I had 45 minutes to swim or cross trainer or ride a bike. Now I have all the time I want to. It is really nice that I am losing again.

I weighed today and I am 177.6, I only need 7.8, to be in the 160's. Thats my goal for the next few months. I am okay to take it slow at this point, but I will be happy if I lose more. Janice0

I was 148.4 this morning, still floating around these couple of lbs. did not make my 146 by 46 which is tomorrow unless some miracle happens. actually getting TOM for the first time in 4 months so maybe that will help. not my best challenge but I will not give up.0

Happy birthday Slw19. I would love to be 146 by 46, but I turn 47 in November so that won't work. This is a harder challenge, but it's one we just gotta keep pushing on.0
