I just want to say thank you to everyone in this group. It is so comforting to be able to ask those of you have who have gone through it or will go through it. Mine is scheduled for Oct 7th the day after my birthday. :) I'm currently in a 28 day low calorie liquid diet with one small meal per day consisting of 3oz of lean meat and 1 cup of veggies. Id love to have more sleeve friends. Add me if you would like. B)

    It's moving fast! I'll be relieved when surgery is over. I'm changing now and I'm excited that surgery will help me keep the weight loss going. Thanks for the request!
