Are you all doing classic Insanity or Max 30?

I'm on Day 2 of the classic version ... Sweat baby sweat!!! Shouldn't take long to get in shape with a few rounds of insanity!!!

Day one in the books here. I did it after my first son and then just here and there since then. Now, my second son is 4 months old and I'm ready for round 2!!!

Doing insanity! Loving it! Week 4 (although I can't seem to do it 6 days a week).
Are you able to do it daily?

Medlaura, how did you do this week?

I missed yesterday, but I walked 6 miles.
I HAD to do recovery on Wednesday, as I was too sore to do anything else.
I plan on doing it today!

    Awesome job, medlaura!
It's been a pretty busy week so more walking less insanity for me. :-/
Haven't stuck with my eating plan either.

I just finished my first round of Insanity and am about to start it all over again. I strangely loved the 2nd month far more than the first. Best of luck!

@DoctorKhaleesi Im starting 2nd month tonight, super excited to have come this far!. How were your results for the over all program?

@medlaura Best of luck tonight! Congratulations on making it to month two. I know a lot of people give up on month one. You should definitely be proud. I started Insanity at 210lbs and was at 175 when I finshed. I was very happy to be out of the 200s and currently 35lbs away from my goal. Plus, the fact that I even finished Insanity starting out at such a high weight. I didn't do any measurements. I wish I had, but I will this time around.

@DoctorKhaleesi Wow, that is great! I've only lost 3 pounds so far :/ But I have also lost 4% of my body fat. Hoping for even better results on the 2nd month. Really trying to be on point with my food.

3 pounds is a lot! Way to go! Good luck! I started month one again and I forgot how tough it was. It makes me miss month two if that helps.

Just started Max 30. Did classic at the start of last year and got near my ideal weight. Was really happy with results. Started Max 30 and did not pass month 2, fell off the wagon. Getting back in now. This is day 3 of week 1.

Hello BB-ers. I am on W2D3 of Insanity. No real visual results yet but certainly feel more able (ish) to keep up during the warm up lol.

Did you get back on the program?

I have done it off and on for several years. This is the first time I'm making a full out commitment to it.

would be interested in folks that have done Asylum series 1 and 2 and Max 30 ? Thoughts on how they compare to the original Insanity regarding intensity and overall fitness, strength, balance, athletic development ? I am over 55 but have stayed in decent shape and handled the P90X series (1,2,3) and Insanity fairly well.

Five weeks in on insanity. Gotta admit, I have to modify the crap out of it... And press that pause button to catch my breath. But I'm an extremely over weight person... So the fact that I'm even trying to Insanity is insane lol. And don't completely follow the calendar due to a crazy work schedule. But I'm down 20.5 lbs in those 5 weeks and I'm feeling better and more confident.

    CW- 280.6
    GW- 145

Just took the fit test for week one. Have yet to make it out of week 4 (been two years), and have yet to make it off of the 200 hump (seriously, i have not lost or gained). Could use some Insanity friends to keep me on track.

    Friend me!

I just started a round - day 3 is today! I did a round a coupe years ago and did ok. But my nutrition is much better now (after doing the 21df a few times) so I am hoping to have some great results!

Been doing it for just over a year, changing it up with the original, T25 and Max30. A change is better than a rest. :-)
