Hi my name is Joyce and I am 69 years young and suffer from arthritis. It is a catch 22 for me as I need to lose weight to take the stress off the joints but the pain stops me from exercising. I have just started back with TOPS and hope to lose about 70 lbs. I am a Grandma to four beautiful children and would like to be able to play with them without the pain. I am looking forward to talking with others who have the same concerns
