Meal Planning..

Hey everyone!

Hope you are all doing well. I am currently trying to restore my weight to a healthier level..I am 5'3", with my heaviest weight being 123lbs (good amount of muscle mass also), but dropped to 97lbs. Currently 100.6lbs. Was eating 1700 calories a day + working out. Now I need to increase to 1900-2000 a day. Anyone want to share their meal plans? :)
