Day 3 of 25 day cleanse

I've been doing the MC for years (first one in '96). The last few years, I've been trying to do one in Spring and Autumn. So here I begin another journey.
I've been doing them long enough to know that the first 4 days are the hardest. The longest I've done is 20 days two years ago November. I find that I get very cold very easily on this cleanse. By the end of the 20 day one, I was wearing 3 layers of clothes to sleep at night.
So far things are going well. I am recovering from a physical injury so I am not able to exercise and am not running around as often as I have had to do on this cleanse. It makes it a lot easier. I find I still have a fair amount to drink by the end of the day.
Energy levels still low which is appropriate for day 3. I keep looking at the calendar to try to motivate myself for this challenge. Visual imagery--- seeing yourself finishing the cleanse on a given day, imagining the positive changes are massively important.
