Hello All,

Welcome!
Drink lots and lots of water and extra sodium. Bouillon is good. It's wonderful to be in ketosis but it's not so wonderful those first few day!

Thanks. I am doing these things. I think part of the issue I got my TOM as well. Perfect time to start! LOL.0

I'm just two weeks in- so I can relate! I had my TOM last week and was pretty miserable. The hunger should subside soon. However, the DESIRE to eat is a more difficult battle to fight!0
