MINI CHALLENGE #1 Saturday 19th-25th

If you want to join this Mini Challenge it will start Saturday 19th and go through the 25th. Whatever your exercise is biking, swimming, walking, jogging add 10 more minutes everyday for a week and check in here daily what you did and that you did it. Miss a day, add 20 the next. If your not exercising yet, start out with 10 minutes doing something..walking is the best. Remember this starts Saturday!!

Count me in, i love a challenge too! I generally rely on walking as my main exercise (with some other things thrown in day to day) I generally walk on my lunch break in work so to meet this challenge I will walk from my transport home instead of getting the bus like I usually do! That will add 15-20 minutes to my walk a day0

I'm in. Did 10 mins of express exercise videos. Short but intense...feel so out of shape !0

I did 40 minutes in the exercise bike. I usually do 30 cardio. Felt "more intense" of course but good.0

I just had a 30 minute dance party with my son. We love dancing around and had a lot of fun!0

missed this challenge yesterday - usually do no exercise at weekend - so started today with extra 30 minutes exercise dvd0

Also remember if 10 minutes seems to long, do 5 minutes twice during the course of the day. Watching your favorite show? Get up on the commercials and walk around the house, walk in place,,just get up and move0

Saturday hit the gym for 45 minutes, walked w/DH for an hour then got on the recumbent bike for 45 minutes and an episode of Castle. The bike was the add for Saturday.
Yesterday walked 73 minutes w/DH and grandpuppy then walked 74 mins w/DD. That was 73 minutes more than a normal Sunday!!
Going out this morning with DH and grandpuppy then to the garage to declutter. Working on boxes from our move-in three and a half years ago!! bwahahah!!

Saturday I didn't get my work out in because I need my husbands help to squat the weights around my neck. Sunday I added 10 minutes of running to my warm up for lifting weights. This morning I did an extra 20 minute walk to make up for Saturday. I might try and do to walks a day it was pretty pleasant walking around the neighborhood looking at fall decorations.0

Walked 85 minutes with DH and our grandpup then got on the recumbent for 45 minutes. Ten extra minutes walking w/the boys this a.m.0

Took a 30 minute walk Saturday and Sunday. Tuesday went for an extra walk for 20 minutes.0

As I don't do any exercise yet I suppose it's not the end of the world that I'm late starting this challenge. I'll try and do 30 minutes of something today (probably walking or cycling) to try and catch up0
