Mum of 2 boys (4&8) am at my heaviest ever, lost all my "baby weight" after my youngest but over the past 18 months have crept up and up (losing some then putting it back & some). I work evenings so have to be organised for meals or it all goes horribly wrong. Also love having a drink to relax and am making it a resolution to really reduce this. I have just started exercising again. I'm 5'1" and 158 and want to be down to 129. Ideally I want to be at least 135 by Xmas as don't want another set of family photos where I look at myself and don't like what I see. I've a cupboard full of clothes I have grown out off and have an outfit in mind for over the Xmas season that if I really go for it, I will get into and most importantly look and feel good in. I would love any one who wants to to add me...
