I started a new circuit training class last Monday, and was sore for days. Then I got sick. Thinking I'm retaining a bit of water here... we'll see how it pans out next week. My calories were pretty good for the week.0 -

So week 1 and I've gained 3 lbs! Not the best start but it was possibly the worst week to start as it is my birthday and I've spent a few days celebrating (ridiculous amounts of naughty food and alcohol!). I will be super strict after tomorrow and try and make a bit back.0
