Final Stretch

Well, it looks like we are all very over posting daily updates. We skipped over Week Seven altogether, and I think it's been at least ten days since anyone posted anything. Anyway, we have just a few weeks left in this challenge. I plan on extending my efforts beyond the regular season, and I know at least a few of you are hanging in there with me.
The latest from my side is that I have had great, steady success shedding pounds, but that my body is starting to put up some resistance. I saw 170.0 on the scale after a run earlier this week, but have not seen lower than 172.6 since. So, big fluctuations from day to day (probably water weight for the most part), can make the process a bit frustrating and confusing, but I just keep phasing a new low each week, and try to shed old highs. I plan to be dipping into the 160's by the end of September, and will hopefully have a strong October to take me through to my goal.
I hope you are all doing great and feeling awesome. If you're proud of your efforts/progress, let's plan on a dinner together in the near future to celebrate! If you're not proud of your efforts/progress, use the next two-six weeks to generate those feelings and join us!
