Oh boy. Tomorrow is a potluck at work, with "breakfast" as the theme. Then heading to a tribute concert tomorrow night a few cities over with a 'cheeseburger buffet'. Then the continental breakfast at the hotel Saturday morning, a chilli cookoff for lunch, and a birthday dinner at a fantastic steak and oyster bar I've been dying to try. Gonna have to watch it!

Angelfire-It sounds like alot of food events coming up for you, its okay to indulge every once in awhile. I'm sure you'll do fine. Plus there will probably be alot of walking, to help counter tbe calories. Janice

Portion control and good choices. You can do this. Hold a glass of water and pace yourself.
