New Goals?

I'm finding breaking apart my overall fitness goals into smaller goals more manageable. I find I am so much more successful when I only have one or two goals I am working on (lifestyle change doesn't happen overnight). My overall goals are a fat loss of 40-50 pounds, tone my muscles, improve the quality of my sleep, add consistent and intense workouts, be more active in general, over come the grip food has had on me, end my late night snacks, eat more fruits and veggies, avoid fast food, be outdoors more, drink more water, stop skipping meals, stress less, laugh more, stop drinking my calories and find ways to nurture myself and my friendships more. At least that all at the moment. Trying to accomplish all that at once is a recipe for failure for me. So this past week I set goals to drink more water, stay within my calorie goals and start exercising.
I drank more water, but not quite as much as I'd like.
I completely stayed within my calorie goal.
I started exercising, but I have a long way to go there. I only logged once. I need to work on that too.
So for next week:
I will continue to focus on my water.
I will continue to focus on my workouts AND log them in.
Since I am doing so well with my calorie goals, I will also ADD enjoying the outside more.
How are you doing? What is your plan for next week? You know the saying........... those who fail to plan, plan to fail. Don't let that be you. WE GOT THIS!
