What food do you use on long rides, if any at all?
Are you a fan of:
- gels?
- energy bars?
- nuts?
- bagels on your aerobars?

    Peanut Butter Protein Balls, Sports Beans, Quest Bars (I love Chocolate and Peanut Butter!). I can't swallow the sports gels as is...the gel consistency makes me gag. I also put Vitargo in one of my drinks if it's a long ride.

    I have found that GU and shot blocks treat me really well while riding (still struggling to find much that sits right while running though).
