You all probably already know some of this, but I want to share:

1. Don't allow a doctor to make you conform to the western philosophy of how much you are supposed to weigh, eat, or dieting.
2. Do you own research, find out what works for you, and only you.
3. Don't allow anyone to tell you that your curves are not beautiful
4. Don't twist your body, diet, starve, or anything else to conform to western philosophy.

If you do not want to, you do not have to diet. You can research what foods are good/bad and figure out how to eat in moderation and eat full meals. I did a lot of research, I did a lot of diets, none work. I do regular grocery shopping, eat regular foods, I just minimize (not get rid of) some of the unhealthy stuff to every now and again, and ate more wholesoem meals. I lost 10 pounds in three weeks just eating normally, exercising (whatever I wanted to do), and kept the weight off. A lot of these programs appear to be gimmicks and expensive. Once you research what works for you, and you understand what is contrinbuting to your weight gain, join a support group, not a dient program. This platform could be used as that. If you are struggling with something, ask, and research, and see if it works for you.

The more natural you can do things (like tracking on my fitness pal) the better life can be. Losing weight slowly and keeping it off can be better than fast and gaining it back.

I just do natural things, and I am losing weight. I want that for you all as well.

I hope this group can be used as a platform of support. I will support you.
