Autoimmune diseases?

Hey everyone! I'm 34-35 weeks pregnant (I honestly forget LOL) with my 4th baby and I have two autoimmune diseases. Anyone else out there pregnant fighting their own bodies? :P
I have Hashimoto's and celiac disease. I actually found out about the celiac 2 days before finding out I'm pregnant this time around (Feb of this year), and have had the Hashi 7 or so years now. My doctor thinks the celiac has been around since childhood and likely triggered the thyroid disease.
Anyway, looking for friends!!

I have UCTD, and follow the AIP diet, which helps a ton and forces me to eat pretty healthy 0
