So, as I am continuing on with this weight loss journey, I am starting to wonder if I even need the gym. When I lost my first 100 pounds, I did it without the gym. At my 100 pound weight loss ceremony, I decided to join a gym. The first year I was there, the weight loss results have been slower than when I did it on my own. Now, I have belong to a gym for almost three years, but I don't go in as often_within the last six months I have not been there at all. I am starting to believe that if weight loss becomes slower when you go to the gym, then why go to the gym. This site is helping me to understand more how regular exercise during the day works best, instead of going to the gym. I will definitely try to get more of a routine for exercise during the day, and I will be canceling my gym membership in the meantime.
