    My goal for week 4 is 4000. I still have to take it easy so I'm mainly gonna do bicycling, upper body strength training and stretching. I have 2974 cals left so I should be able to hit my June goal :)

    I decided not to take a day off today (I was having steak for dinner after all...).

    I start my Combat programme officially tomorrow. So excited!

    Ok, I need to be better about keeping track! I am burning calories, just haven't been as faithful at writing them down!

    week 4 - I would like to burn at least 5000! I think I made a goal of burning 30,000 for the month, but I don't see that happening... I am having a good month! Keep up the great work, REMEMBER we CAN do this!!! THE TURTLE WINS THE RACE :)

    For the last 9 days of June, my goal is 5,256 calories.

    As of my run this morning, I'm at 1,706 / 5,256

    Overall for June my tally is: 14,879 / 17,520

    The next week will be a challenge as I start a week's vacation on Friday. And it's much more difficult to stay on track with food and exercise when you're not in your regular routine. Hopefully DH will let me bring our bikes so we can ride some of the old rail trails around the cottage.

    Figuring in my run and softball yesterday:

    From today until June 30 I need to burn 3,674 calories. This will be difficult because I have a lot of stuff going on this week.

    The rest of the week looks like this:
    Strength today
    Speed work & an ab class tomorrow
    Strength & a boxing class on Thurs
    Running intervals on Friday
    Long run on Sat
    Weights and softball Sunday

    Hopefully I stick with all of that!

    I'm taking it easy today (since I didn't have my usual Sunday day off and I'm quite sore on my arms, shoulders and core!); hopefully will come back strong tomorrow! Actually, I am considering reducing my calorie burn slightly moving forward, even if that means I might come short on my monthly goal, and focus more on my diet.

    Here's my progress for the week:

    i have not been posting daily. I have found it hard to get the evening exercises in with hubby working. I have been stealing an hour in the morning after work though.

    i still have to weed the vegetable garden and re-arrange the kids room this week.... ffun, fun, fun. Will update my current total for the month tomorrow.... time to get ready for work.

    Working on my diet still, trying to get closer to daily goals + end up with a smaller deficit. Here's my additional caloric progress:

    June 27th - 500 (Combat Hiit shock plyo & inner warrior + 25 min JM's yoga)

    Only 3 more days for this month! Unbelievable! That means we're about to enter the second half of the year...

    Last day of the week was: 550 (Combat 45, JM's yoga meltdown), bringing my total to 3416.

    Today I burned 405, which brings my total for the month to 13762. I have tomorrow left, but unless I burn a bazillion calories, it appears I will have come a little under my original 15k. But 14k is not bad, so I'm happy anyway :smile:

    I came in at 14,419 calories burned for June. Not the 16K I was hoping for, but still pretty awesome :) Let me know if there's a july challenge...I'd like to try again!

    A little late, but was without a computer while on vacation, and can't access the forums from the app.

    My June goal was 17,520 calories.
    Due to some long bike rides while on vacation, I more than rocked it with a total of 19,939 calories burned for June!

    And then I sat on my *kitten* for 2 whole days, so am playing catch-up so far for July. Oh well, vacation is over, so back to my routine.
