Just because the truth might seem mean doesn't make it not the truth.

Your body doesn't care that you think you're eating 1200 calories if you aren't. Your body doesn't care if you think you're burning 1000 calories an hour on the elliptical if you aren't. Your body cares about reality. Results are based on reality. You might be able to convince yourself that you're in a deficit even when you aren't, but you won't convince your fat cells of that.

So, if you think someone is curt with you, it's because time is a factor. We think fast, we talk fast and we need you guys to act fast if you wanna lose that weight. So, pretty please... with sugar on top. Take the comments as the help they're meant to be.

(I guess "stickies" are a manual process in groups?)

Yeah, stickies in groups, no bueno. Editing/deleting posts in groups, no bueno. Basically, you got nuttin'. ;)

Completely agree with your statement, Tex. Every single person on the planet loses weight when they're eating less than they're burning. Every. Single. Person.

It's really no more complicated than that.

You can shift this and the stickies post to announcements; they should stay at the top no matter how many discussions are started.

You can edit the OP, but nothing else. The normal 1 hour edit window for people to edit their own posts is the same as on the regular forums.
