I've been trying to hit the scales daily to get some good data going for using Trendweight. I don't have a Wifi scale so it's a little more time consuming.

I'd also like to take a look at my reported calorie deficits vs actual losses, and maybe do a spreadsheet that tracks hydration and possibly sodium intake so I can see how it charts out. I know I have some error in my logging, but I think it it more on the exercise side as finding the best workout apps/sites/etc has been rather frustrating.

    What's your sodium goal?

I need to watch my sodium too, but honestly I don't track it at all. My logging is very hit-and-miss at the moment, I should be more thorough.

    Osric,

My goal is set at defaults, but it's something I often exceed. I was thinking about doing the spreadsheet to see if there is a direct result of high sodium affecting weights for the days following.

Other than a couple days I've missed here and there, I've been weighing daily and will input the stuff into Trendweight one of these days. Even without doing that, knowing how much it bounces up and down has helped me "keep the faith" on my up days.

If your budget allows, I can't help but recommend a wifi scale to make trendweight a breeze. Now my challenge isn't _entering_ the data, it's remembering to look at it!

Sodium: my goal is 1500mg or less per day. It turns out to be awfully hard to hit. Aiming for 2000 should be reasonable.
