Week 22 Day 2 Check-In!
Did 3.06 Miles on the treadmill and Chest/Back/ShouldersFeels good to be strength training again! Tomorrow I know I will hate myself though lol
**Only got 6,667 steps in yesterday and 30 oz's or so of water0 -

I did 2.74 Miles on the treadmill and it was Leg Day!
I still hate the scale , quitting smoking is totally killing me in the weight loss department

Week 22 Day 4 Check-In
No Gym today
I woke at 4 am yesterday, went to the gym and I always come home and have to get myself and my son ready for work and school then I am at work by 7;30am, well I worked until 8;30lastnight and my bed time is 9am in order for me to get up at 4 and needless to say that did not happen....I left my 4 am alarm on just in case but I could barely move, both from the long day and from strength training again after months off lol
Weight still keeps climbing despite all of my efforts
