Ok, peeps, I'm kicking into high gear over here. My goal is to lose 3 inches EACH off my waist and chest over the next 30 days. I plan to do that with twice-daily crunches, push-up, and plies. What will you do to push yourself just a little bit further over the next 30 days?

I'm joining a 30 day challenge to focus mostly on butt and legs as that seems to be my "trouble zones"0
