Hi
My name is Nivee. I'm from Toronto, Ontario. Walking and running is my favourite form of exercise (outside/treadmill). I like going for long walks outside but I haven't found the confidence, just yet, to run outside. That is one of my goals for next spring. I do exercise somewhat regularly (3-4x per week, most weeks), but I hope that by joining this group I will be consistent throughout the entire month (4-5x per week, every week).
I use myfitnesspal to help me eat healthier and to lose those last 10 lbs.
I'm looking forward to October's running challenge

I'm also new to the group! Just joined and did the first run on Sunday. I'm hoping to do 50k and hopefully build on my mileage from there.0

Hi all, my name is Deanna. I am so excited to be apart of this group and back to running. I am just starting again after kicking cancer's *kitten* with a stem cell transplant. I did my first return to running 5k on my post +100 days. I'll be sticking with a few 5k and 10K's until June2016 when I will run my first half on my 1yr anniversary. I love to run and look forward to more monthly challenges. Time to pound the pavement.0
