    I found those things that could know me off track. I did go ahead and eat it but due to all the walking and watching what I ate, I lost weight that week.

    Going for a quick trip the end of this month. Have a reservation at Tusker House (buffet). Luckily, will be able to choose the items I want and avoid the items I don't want.
