Well. I posted a week or so back that I had gained a bunch of weight back due to muscle gain. I stepped on the scale at the pool this morning. Sopping wet straight out of the pool I was 251!!!!!!!!!! Almost 250. I haven't been that light since my divorce in 2003!!!!!!!! I'm getting there!!!!!!! Only 26 pounds to make the doc happy. But 66 to make me happy.

Alright, birthday weekend over with; I still have 7/8ths of a chocolate fudge cake and a crisper drawer full of Jello shooters in my fridge. The damage is done.

    SW: 280
    GSW: 218.4
    CW: 203.8

Up 3.2 lbs from last Monday; up 5.4 from last Thursday.

Temporary, Angelfire, just temporary. Happy belated birthday. I had 10th year wedding anniversary night out with a seasonal tasting menu of 6 courses (at least they were small plates) with paired wine tasting samples
for each item to contend with. It was lovely, but not sure what got hit harder the scale or the wallet. I'll know tomorrow.

Happy 10th anniversary. We just had our 48th!!!! I don't think I eat enough food to justify those 6 course meals anymore. Hope you did not feel too stuffed afterwards. I used to eat until I was sick sometimes. Haven't done that in a long while. Hopefully, I have learned something here in my old age. Even if I want something rich or sinful, I just take a couple of bites now and I am good.

My husband is really good about splitting something with me and if he needs more, he just orders a side or a dessert. Sometimes at those fru fru restaurants, I feel bad about asking for a split but they are not the ones whose hips those calories are going to. Sometimes I just order an appetizer or soup and salad. At 68, I figure I am the one who has to look out for me now and not worry about what someone I don't evern know thinks about what I order.

We always leave a nice tip to compensate.

Forgot what I started this challenge at. But I am down to 119.6 this morning. Will look back and see what I was on July 5. My goal was 129 lbs and I have lost almost 10 lbs more since May 31st. I am definitely good at this weight. I don't want to look too thin at my age. But boy, do I feel so much better not carrying around that other 42 lbs.

Leaving for the cottage this morning so doing a quick post about my weight. I am up .06 this morning which isn't
a lot but still hovering over the same weight up and down. I think I will get my bike on the turbo trainer next
week and bring it inside and start biking. Still doing the detox drink every morning and still no results. I have to change
    things up.
