Hey Gang -
I've set up a facebook group for those who are interested with the very obvious Biggest Loser theme to it. The whole point of the group is to offer some support, advice and have small (achievable) weekly challenges with silly prizes for the winners. This is a free group to join and only really supposed to be a bit of fun, if anyone is interested send me a message on here or facebook (Jamesey Lefebure) and I'll add you to the group.
Oh and the group is set to private so it's only the members that can see what we're all posting etc to help keep it a little more of a private thing.

I'm new to MFP, I'm from Liverpool, and would like to join the group to maintain motivation. Equally, I hope I'm good at providing motivation too!
