Weigh In Format

Hello my lovelies!

Admin here (along with chantyc1).

I hope all is going well in your slimming journey. Just a quick note on the weigh in format. We are aware people may have different weigh in days due to slimming groups or just preferences so what we are going to do is have a weekly weigh period, for example:

Week 1 Weigh In : Monday 28th September - Sunday 4th October
Week 2 Weigh In: Monday 5th October - Sunday 11th October
Week 3 Weigh In: Monday 12th October - Sunday 18th October
Etc etc etc (you get the gist)

Each Monday morning I will create a new discussion post below where we can all post our losses and what I will do is take those lb's lost and put them into a spread sheet tracker for us as I would be great to see how much we are losing as a group.

    Good morning everyone.
    I just feel great. Lost 2 KG in the first week.
    I exercised about 4 times this week. (non the weeks before).
    Stayed away from night snacks most of the week.

    Week 1 Weigh In : Monday 28th September - Sunday 4th October 94 Kg (207 lbs)
    Week 2 Weigh In : Monday 5th October - Sunday 11th October 92 Kg (203 lbs)
    SW: 95 Kg (209 lbs)
    IW: 75 Kg (165lbs)
