Hi! My name is Kristy and I'm the leader of a group called North End Losers. NEL is a healthy living support group operating out of The Ralph Brown Community Centre in Winnipeg's North End, Manitoba. We are a group of individuals working toward success with our personal goals in weight loss, better eating habits, and overall healthy living. We offer support, motivation, advice, etc. as needed.
We meet twice a week and do weigh-ins weekly & measurements monthly on Sunday mornings.
Wed 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
