Hi i would just like to know how successful you have been at gaining weight and what helped you the most to achieve your goal

    Hello. I've been on a weight gain journey off and on for the past 5 years or so. I've realized that I gain better when I exercise regularly and log my food intake. I've tried appetite enhancers that I've bought online and all they did was make me hungry as ever then so sleepy i could barely keep my head up. I did gain a whole lot of weight (about 20lbs over 2 months) but once i stopped taking the enhancers my appetite would drop drastically then a few weeks later i was back to eating a little here and a little there. I've tried high calorie protein shakes but those make me feel so full i can't eat. So i only do those at night to help pack on the pounds. Peanut butter is a great way to help put on pounds cuz it sticks to you. unfortunately i cant stand the taste of it so I just put it in my smoothies to mask the taste. good luck on your journey hopefully we both make it to our goals. #onedayatatime
