Week 14 Challenge - Something New!!

For this week's challenge how about if we try something new that will help us towards our final goal - we've got just 2 more weeks to go for this overall challenge and let's make every moment count!!!!
We're getting out of a rut - try a new exercise class or a new healthy food that we'd never thought we'd try!! If you're accustom walking, jog instead....if you're a jogger - try a faster run. Take up dancing, rock climbing etc. Come in and say what you'd like to try and how did you enjoy it.
Any ideas for the last week's challenge will be appreciated (let's go out with a bang!!!)

For this week's challenge I think I'll take up Body Balance. I normally go for the more physical classes (RPM, pump, zumba etc) so I thought that it might be cool to try something that I'd normally wouldn't do0
