What are your current goals? How do you prioritize mini goals to get to your overall goal?
I want to lose between 50 and 75 pounds. I am working out at a local CrossFit gym and working my way through C25K. I know that I will be building muscle and burning fat. I'm not as concerned about a number on a scale as I am about reducing my waist size, waist to hip ration, blood pressure and resting heart rate.
So I'm working on behaviors that support my overall fitness as I get used to pushing my body. Right now, my goal is to get enough sleep - 8 hours per night - to support my health and recovery. I'm also working on drinking more water - at least 100 oz per day.
