Is there a way to force a sync between Myfitnesspal and UP? I just did a bunch more steps but it is not syncing with Myfitnesspal. And I would like to see them sync before I complete my diary for the day. Also why is Myfitnesspal food not showing up in my UP feed?

    I can't get it to show up in the newsfeed either. Can't find an answer as to how to make this possible! Anyone have any insight?

    Unfortunately, I do not think you can make them sync at will. It would be a great feature for them to add but not sure if they will do that. Your food should show up when they sync. It may not show what you ate but it should show you the amount of calories you have eaten.

    If anyone else knows of a way to force a sync between MFP and UP, please let us know. Or if you have an in to the developers at Jawbone, make this a suggestion.

    I have had this issue on and off. Sometimes if you go in the MFP app to "More" , "All Local Changes Synced" and hit "Sync Now" it will match up.
