There is no category for doing Leslie S, so how do you calculate the calories you burned?

I use a polar heart rate monitor. I've found for me (43 yo, 150-ish lbs) the calories burned per mile are about 75 for low impact mile and 90-100 for boosted, high impact miles. These numbers include using my arms more than Leslie does.0

I use aerobics-low impact. When I first got my Vivofit HRM, I checked the calorie burn and it was so close to aerobics-low impact for me that I do not use the HRM for Leslie Walks anymore. I just use MFP's numbers. Leslie herself recommends aerobics general, but I find that one is a bit high for me. I'm 63, 5'4" (162.6cm), 130-135 (58.9-61.2kg) if that helps.0
