I want to motivate and be motivated by y'all. I'm working really hard everyday to battle my weight while having pcos and low progesterone. It's discouraging when you work really hard and do everything right and the scale never moves. (Thanks pcos). Add me and let's battle this thing together.

    I know this is an old post, but I feel your pain! I have low progesterone and IR PCOS. It is so difficult. I will try to add you.

    I treated low progesterone for years, but it didn't help me much because my adrenaline and cortisol kept stealing the progesterone and converting it for more essential functions. Make sure you get the whole picture, because treating only one thing while others are also out of balance can lead to struggling with success. (hugs) to all...
