What is this September again? Grrr. I guess it is just that time of the month. I do not like the up weeks. Retention, and hard to guesstimate eating out options. Probably too much butter and salt in the food I dont prepare myself. I go back to work tomorrow and I was looking forward to being 180- something. Guess that will have to wait a bit, but it will happen. Since I'm not quitting, it doesn't have a choice.0 -

I survivied back-to-back splurge weekends. It was thanksgiving this week for us up north.

Still at 119.6. But probably not after this mini vacation to mountains.0

I weighed today and I am up alittle 178.8. My low was 176.4, I think. I just need a good 3lb loss to get away from the same numbers. I need to cut back on my calories some, by not counting my exercise calories. Janice0

Thanksgiving holiday is over and I had a loss and I have to report down .02 lbs. Up and down like a yo yo through this whole challenge with some food challenges all summer. I started cutting my portions of good food this week and see if I can get this scale to move. I am still using South Beach as my guide for meals. Out for lunch today with a friend but already know what I am ordering. Also cutting that portion. Let's see if next week will show a loss. Still at it my friends but struggling.0 -
Up 2 lbs from trip but under calorie goal yesterday so working hard to get those off before Tuesday my weigh in day.0
