    What is this September again? Grrr. I guess it is just that time of the month. I do not like the up weeks. Retention, and hard to guesstimate eating out options. Probably too much butter and salt in the food I dont prepare myself. I go back to work tomorrow and I was looking forward to being 180- something. Guess that will have to wait a bit, but it will happen. Since I'm not quitting, it doesn't have a choice.

    I survivied back-to-back splurge weekends. It was thanksgiving this week for us up north.

    SW- 280
    CST- 218.4
    CW- 201.2

    Down 2.6lbs from last week. Take that Turkey!!

    Still at 119.6. But probably not after this mini vacation to mountains.

    I weighed today and I am up alittle 178.8. My low was 176.4, I think. I just need a good 3lb loss to get away from the same numbers. I need to cut back on my calories some, by not counting my exercise calories. Janice

    SW 192.0 starting with MFP Lowest weight 174.4 so close to my goal
    CW 186.0
    GW 160.0 my goal for a healthy weight

    Thanksgiving holiday is over and I had a loss and I have to report down .02 lbs. Up and down like a yo yo through this whole challenge with some food challenges all summer. I started cutting my portions of good food this week and see if I can get this scale to move. I am still using South Beach as my guide for meals. Out for lunch today with a friend but already know what I am ordering. Also cutting that portion. Let's see if next week will show a loss. Still at it my friends but struggling.

    Up 2 lbs from trip but under calorie goal yesterday so working hard to get those off before Tuesday my weigh in day.
