@satiarenee and I realized that we would be in London at the same time, so we got to meet in person! I can personally attest to how fantastic she looks and that she is even lovelier in person than on the boards.

    Thank you!!! It was so much fun.

    Btw I'm in the Netherlands now (Maastricht) visiting my daughter, then back to London for work, then home on Friday. Monday the 19th I desperately need to get back in the 21DF game...this awesome European foodfest I've been on has NOT been good for my healthy eating plan!!!

    @jpkrueger I'm sure you are doing a lot more walking and possibly even biking while on your trip. ...I know we did and I surprisingly hardly gained weight while in Germany.

    Definitely doing a ton of walking, which really does help. But I am eating as fast as I can shove cheese, chocolate, and bread into my mouth, YIKES!!!! I think it will be ok...I just need to get back on track when I get home. It's always a bit tough to kick those cravings away yet again.
