Hi all! I've been a member of this group for a while. On day 70 of MFP and been strict for almost a month. Watching food intake and walking. Lost 10 lbs this month and looking to keep motivated. I'm 41, 5' 2". CW is 179 GW around 130. I work full time, married, kids have flown the coop....time for me.
