Day two of Level 2: Upper body! I only had the 1,5Kg dumbells and they were killing me! Tomorrow I'm getting less weight!!!0

First day of Level 2, Lower Body. WOW! That workout is no joke. Made it all the way through until the third set of sumo deadlifts before my legs were shaking so bad that I just keeled over. Hope I can walk tomorrow. :laugh:0

Finished my first day of Upper Body, Level 2! Those push-ups are seriously brutal. "Gynecologist Style". Dafuq? :laugh: :laugh::laugh:
I've never laughed so hard during a workout in my life.
I really don't think there is enough of a cool down on this level, so I did some additional stretching afterwards. Pretty sure I'm still gonna be insanely sore though.0 -

I'm having a heck of a time with level 2. Today was my second time doing the lower body portion and by the time I make it to the deadlifts at the end I am shaking so bad that I almost fall over. My arms are still insanely sore from the upper body workout from 2 days ago! If I'm still having a hard time with it when it's time to move on to level 3, I'm going to stay on level 2 for another week to build up my endurance.

I've skipped the workout a couple of days so I'm doing week 4 over this week... starting in a couple of hours0

I had a pretty active weekend both Saturday (7 hour canoe trip) and Sunday (all day at the lake), so I decided to take Monday off as a rest day. Woke up early this morning and did the lower body workout. I'm still having a hard time making it through all 3 sets of deadlifts at the end. I think a third week of doing Level 2 will definitely be happening for sure.0

I'm still doing Level 2 a few times a week. Right now I have several different DVD in my rotation but Butt Bible is BY FAR my favorite!
