I'm Back!

So, I took a much needed week off from counting calories and not exercising as much as I should. Work was hectic, I had some family drama, and my ex started to contact me again.
After a week of not really eating healthy (I had like two brownie cupcakes stuffed with two oreos with peanutbutter inbetween them...ekk) I am ready to start back fresh. I got on the scale this morning (tired, lathargic, and just feeling down) and was not happy with the number on the scale. This is truely a lifestyle change.
What I've learned from this past week. Eating your feelings really does not help; It actually made me feel worst than ever and messed with my stomach and digestive system. Exercising is the best stress reliever and I miss my walking days. Exes mess with your head and really should be exes for a reason (I'm still trying to work on this). And I actually miss eating healthy and am craving some grilled chicken and asparagus.
I have vacation at the end of July and I want to be at 235 (which is about ten pounds). I am going to be determined and step up the plate.
So here it is...to a 10 pound weight loss!!
Happy Monday Die Hards!
