ok I know we hate it...but do 10 Burpees today.
However, just do it. 5 now 5 later...modify. ..just do it.

    Just got the swelling down on my ankle (hoping it will stay down since yesterday every time I got the swelling down, as soon as I started walking or standing, it would start swelling again) so will wait a day or two more before trying to bounce around on it to see if the swelling will stay down

    I can't believe I wrote that challenge! I sat for 5 minutes this am wondering who the heck I was writing this insane challenge! I did it though! I added the jump and push up like dude said in video! Even did a couple more! WHO am I???!! Oh yeah...Woooooonder Woooooman!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL!!!!!!!!!!!

    So I looked at the video after I did them. yeah, I didn't do those kind of burpees. I did the kind with a pushup in the middle. I saw doing these:
