Hi,

I am new to the group and I too struggle with losing weight. I am looking for a natural substance that will help. I have been placed on Metformin but it makes me so sick I really can't stand to take it. Has anyone tried Ceylon Cinnamon or heard anything about it?

Hello.

I am the same on Metformin. Feeling sick and completely out of it.

I haven't no. But I brought some Acai tablets and Colon cleansers from Holland and Barretts and they helped give me a kick start.
