Snacking is my downfall

From journaling I can see that my downfall is snacking. If I don't snack. I can stay within the 1200 calories.

    Well try and plan snacking within your 1200 calories. I am supposed to have 1300 calories and due to my schedule I eat two big 600 calorie meals and then I have 100 calories to play with. But even so, take candy corn for instance. It sounds bad but if you read the label it actually says one serving is 19 pieces at 140 calories per serving. Now I don't know anyone who eats 19 pieces at a time. I normally eat 5-6 when I'm feeling peckish and that is only 36 calories. But that is just that. You could try eating things that burn calories or find other things that can be satisfying to eat but still fit within your calorie budget such as celery or string cheese. You could also look into make your personal set up of trail mix!
