Hello, new to group, but not strength training

I am David. I have always done strength training as a compliment to running, and more recently triathlon. However, aside from when I was in college, it was never much of a focus for me. A few years ago I realized how much strength played a role in injury prevention for my endurance sports. So, I joined this group to get any new workouts, tips, and just to help keep me motivated.
