Hello, CrossFit Heath. I CrossFit 5 days/week and looking for an efficient way to log CrossFit in myfitnesspal. Any ideas or tips other than breaking down the WOD's into aerobic and strength aspects? Hope the CrossFit discussion group gets off the ground.
