    Down 2.4 lb since last week's weigh-in, but that seems like a lot... I may have been dehydrated?

    I had a few bad weeks in between that I haven't been posting... >:)

    I'm only down 3.8 lb since July 22nd, but I did lose an additional 5.4 lb between July 5th and July 22nd that I'm not counting here!

    NSV: I've logged my weight for 25 days in a row! (In hindsight, that IS literally a "scale victory") :p

    I am up 0.4 lbs this week. Another not so great week for me, but I had a big NSV- put on, zipped, and buttoned a pair of size 12 jeans I haven't been able to wear in almost 2 years!!
